This week sees the last of our classes for the summer break. We will be back with classes running from the 1st September! Personal training sessions will be running over August by appointment and then back to regular training sessions on Monday's Thursday's and Friday's in September. A fantastic member of Siren Fitness and Nutrition, walked the Yorkshire 3 peaks last week in aid of SASH. A huge well done goes out to Emily! all that training certainly paid off and she smashed the event. Hmmmmm….. something for a new year ‘treat’ for my PT clients has arrived in the post. Any guesses what it could be? I’m still fully booked for one to one sessions at the moment, looking into taking some more time at the studio to get places for everyone on the waiting list.
