This is F.L.E.C.S. a class with exercises that promote Flexibility, Lengthening, Endurance, Core Function and Strength. The class uses swiss fitness balls, resistance bands and mini inflatable balls to work the body but is set to classical music and involves plenty of breath work to calm and relax the mind. Wow! I’ve just realised that these Monday night Fitness classes have been running for almost 6 years! Some of our participants have been joining in since the very first class! Well done ladies!
