What a pleasure it is to work within such a fantastic school full of fantastic kids. 🕺🏼💃
Reflections on an exciting day … First stop was St Michael’s Church in Kirkby Malham to spend the morning there continuing our Easter work in the beautiful setting of our local church. A big thank you to Reverend Sue for another one of her super assemblies and for making us feel so welcome. Then the children moved on to the Local Parish Hall to perform our ‘Dance through the Ages’ to parents and grandparents. This work complemented our studies and readings about Walter Morrison, who in 1874 was responsible for the building of our school in Malhamdale and to whom we will be forever grateful. Our dance began with a Victorian 2 step and introduced other dance forms that have evolved to recent times. Many, many thanks to Howard from Fire House Dance for his expertise and professionalism when working with children and staff. A massive well done also to the children, who as always, were superstars! 👏👏👏👏
