A huge well done to Margaret, pictured here holding 18.5kg today which is the amount of weight she has lost since starting personal training sessions.
It's body fat that she has lost as the analysis scales show she has gained lean muscle too.
It's not just about weight either, Margaret is no longer classed as pre diabetic, has gone up 2 categories in cardiovascular fitness tests and has a much healthier distribution of body fat as well as lowering her blood pressure.
All done by making small, gradual lifestyle changes and
NO CRASH DIETS OR FADS.
