Our studio is open today too. My 3 little people don’t go back to school until tomorrow so I won’t be going in myself but I’m still feeling excited.

I’m at home putting the finishing touches to programmes for my clients for face to face PT sessions this week. Plus planning my zoom fitness classes and getting links sent out.
