CORE!……not abs!
The way to a flatter stomach is through proper core work, not crunching those abs. In fact, crunches can actually give you a bigger tummy, especially if not doe correctly. Anyway….. today I'm challenging my own core. My core is pretty strong but this is HARD. Not just to coordinate the movement equally between arm and leg but also to hold the spine still and the pelvis level. A good way to start is with the same exercise but on a firm floor. The spine must be flat and level and the core engaged and that means the pelvic floor too! I'm still working on the perfect form on the bosu……. oh and hoping for more reps too 🤣 #corework #corefocus #corenotabs #patience #keeptrying
