There are many reasons why people lift. It helps me de-stress and I feel best when I feel strong.
I also love having a goal to work towards.
I video myself so I can correct my technique, which isn’t perfect, but that’s part of having something to work towards. Sometimes you can’t feel the fault and need to see it in order to fix it.
This is one of my faves….. deadlift and over head press.
I can’t wait to watch those Olympians this week! I am in ore of how much power and strength they have, plus the dedication that got them there!
