HURRAY FOR VEG!
Is everyone managing to keep their veg intake nice and high?
Here's an idea for a new years resolution….. having 3 types of veg (not including potato) with your evening meal. That will help to keep the vitamins topped up and boost you through the winter months.
Don't forgot though, the portion has to be the same size as your fist to be classed as one of your 5 a day.
