MORE QUICK AND EASY FOOD PREP….
1 tub (left over from a take away)
Add chicken, taken from Wed night tea…. taken out before the rest of the stir fry went in.
Add softened veg taken out of the steamer from tonights tea, still nice and crunchy, plus some potato which I chucked in the bottom pan, skin on!
Add a dollop of hummus and a sprinkle of pine nuts
Tomorrows (friday) lunch done 😁
Its doesn't take much effort, it doesn't cost much, it just takes a bit of planning.
