NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS
I'm not really a fan of new years revolutions as they are often huge changes which really can't be kept going for more than a few weeks and end in disappointment.
So…… if you want to change something this year, change one small thing. I of course will favour changes which will improve your health 😁
Drink more water…. a glass with every meal.
Hit the gym….. once a week
Stop drinking coffee…….. more than twice a day
Lose 3 stone……. starting with 1lb a week.
Set do-able goals that don't require a huge lifestyle change. Small steps taken continuously will get you there quicker than sprinting and falling.
If you do break your resolution, all is not lost so don't give up just 're start the next day
