Now, I'm all for fitness and good nutrition BUT rest and time off is also very important!
Last week was incredibly busy, both at the studio, at my lap top and in my brain….. it was all go go go!
With very little rest I found myself feeling tired and grumpy. The little things started to get to me, I felt deflated by challenges, I started to doubt myself and I was generally a grouch bag.
Today I have kicked back a bit, had coffee and a bloody good laugh with a friend, had some pampering and made to feel special at @merakibeautyandhair lit my lovely candle from @feel_good_therapy_studio And I'm having a little glass of wine in my fab glass that I received for Christmas off a very lovely client and friend. Thanks ladies xxx
