PIZZA…. NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK.
PIZZA can get a really bad rap as a 'bad' food. Apart from the fact that I dislike to label any food as bad, pizza isn't all that bad for you. You just have to choose wisely.
A proper Italian, thin crust, stone baked pizza can be a good choice even when you are looking to lose weight.
Take out pizza, deep pan, or stuffed crust types are not a healthy option but most super markets now stock a good range of thin crust. Ok, it's not Napoli Pizza but it's still pretty good.
Choose a veg topped one, stick to a portion size and you're looking at a healthy meal for under 500kcals. Add a side salad for extra vits and with cooking times around 15mins, even from frozen, it's convenient too.
