SYNTHETIC FIBRES.

As a health and fitness professional, I spend quite a lot of my time in clothes made from synthetic fibres and it bothers me how many of these tiny fibre fragments end up in the water ways and oceans.

I recently picked up this @guppyfriend product from @oxfam_skipton which basically acts as a filter. It’s a wash bag for all my synthetic fibre clothes to go in, in the washing machine. After the wash I can scoop all the collected fibres out and dispose of them carefully in the bin. All a bit like the lint filter in the dryer.

I’m looking forward to giving it a try and seeing how much I collect.
