This is a great idea…..not just for kids either. You all know I don’t agree with cutting out sugar, (or cutting out anything without medical reason) but cutting down is a good idea and it isn’t just about weight control. It means better blood sugar levels, stable energy, better teeth and better nutrition 👍
How can we protect our kids from having too much sugar? 🎶 look for 100 calorie snacks, two a day max! 🎶
