This is F.L.E.C.S. a class with exercises that promote Flexibility, Lengthening, Endurance, Core Function and Strength. The class uses swiss fitness balls, resistance bands and mini inflatable balls to work the body but is set to classical music and involves plenty of breath work to calm and relax the mind.
