Today with one of my personal training clients I was talking about smoothies. Here is my fresh green smoothie that me and the kids had after work/school…..
1 kiwi (65g)
1/4 cucumber (115g)
1 banana (100g)
1/2 yellow pepper (85g)
1/2 avocado (50g)
400ml fresh orange juice.
Squeeze of lime!
Approx 400kcal in the whole thing but easily serves 2 adults + a couple of kids 😁 lots of vitamins and hydration. Try it! 👍
