What is F.L.E.C.S?
F.L.E.C.S. stands for Flexibility, lengthening, endurance, core and Strength. That's what it is for. It is an exercise class for ladies using Swiss fitness balls where each exercise has been developed to improve all those elements. It is fantastic for balance and core strength meaning it is a fantastic programme for horse riders and also works on strength and flexibility, something we can ALL improve on. The class is set to classical and relaxing music which mean the mind gets some relaxation while the body works out!
