WHY DO YOU EXERCISE?
I went on a run today, just for myself, no goal in focus, just to move.
I don't often get the chance to do my own exercise as I do so much with clients but really I should take my own advice and coaching and fit some in.
I use exercise mostly, as a way to keep my body AND MIND fit and healthy.
I also have more self confidence in my physique when it has muscle tone.
I felt so much better after the run and should really try to do that more often.
Why do you exercise? And what do you like doing the most?
